Please note the following as it relates to your deletion request, once your deletion request is processed, your Landmark Theatres Loyalty Program account (if you have one) and any accrued benefits with that account including any vouchers will be deleted.
Before we can begin processing your request, please confirm that you wish to proceed with your deletion request by emailing us at customerservice@landmarktheatres.com. If you do not confirm your deletion request, we will not be able to process it.
Please note that to protect the safety and security of your information, we may request additional information and/or documentation to verify your identity or confirm your request before we can completely process your request.
We have 45 days after your identity is confirmed to fulfill your request.
