To enroll your child in the Kumon program, the following must be completed:

• Parent(s) attendance of Parent Orientation
• Placement Test
• Signed and completion of the following forms:

1. eEnrollment Forms
2. Fee Schedule
3. Payment Authorization Form (ACH)

Tuition is billed for the entire month and is not dependent on the number of classes attended or assignments completed. Monthly tuition is non-refundable.

*Registration Fee is a one-time fee unless your child is absent from Kumon for more than a month. Kumon requires an $80 re-enrollment fee for students re-enrolling after one month. 

**Last Month Deposit can be used to pay for your child’s final month’s tuition ONLY if a written notice/completed Kumon Discontinuation Form is provided to us at least 35 days before the effective date. (Example: Written Discontinuation Notice given on May 17th. May 17th + 35 days = June 21st. Enrolled through June 30th.) Failure to provide Written Notice of Discontinuation will result in a full charge of class fees and forfeiture of the deposit.
