Kick-On for Women is an introductory football program, designed specifically for women to fit into their busy lives while juggling their commitments of family, work and friends. Kick-On for Women runs for 8 weeks, and consists of 1 x 45 minute session per week, focusing on fun, inclusion and friendship. The program is run by accredited facilitators and provides participants the opportunity to spend time focusing on their own wellbeing in a judgement-free environment.
