Payment of the Jury Fee plus a $100 deposit is required when applying for the Holiday Market. Artists may also choose to pay all fees upfront when applying.
If accepted into the Market, all fees must be paid in full by Saturday, October 14, 2023.
Refund Policy:
If OCAF has to cancel the event booth fees will be refunded.
Once accepted into the Holiday Market, artists who have pre-paid booth fees and/or deposit have until October 14, 2023 to withdraw from the Market in order to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for withdrawal after October 14, 2023.
Artists who are not accepted into the Market or who decline the invitation to participate by September 30, 2023 will receive a full refund of deposit and pre-paid booth fees. The $10 Jury Fee will not be refunded.
