Summer Tech Camp Sands End Registration

Book your free spaces here for the 4-week Summer Tech Camp with Urban Flyers, and complete our short pre-session survey. Dates: Mon-Thur from 24/07/23 until 17/08/23. Time: 10AM-2PM. Location: Sands End Arts & Community Centre, Peterborough Road, SW6 3EZ. Please note: all sessions are FREE to attend for children and young people (aged 8-15) who are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM) or means-tested benefits such as Universal Credit, Child Tax Credit, Income Support or Disability Allowance. Proof of eligibility will be required upon registration. Booking will not be confirmed until Urban Flyers receive and check the required documents.

I also give permission to Urban Flyers and its affiliates including Directors, Facilitators and other qualified Staff to provide the required emergency treatment prior to the child’s admission to hospital if applicable. Our Tech Camps are generally highly subscribed. As a result, non-attendance may impact your ability to register for future sessions with Urban Flyers.

Following your submission of this registration form, you must email us with your child’s Free School Meals (FSM) eligibility letter or voucher, which must be valid for either the current or the upcoming academic year. If your child is not eligible for FSM, you may provide one of the following proof of benefits: Universal Credit, Disability Living Allowance (DLA) relating to the child, Income Support or Child Tax Credits. We will then reply to your email and confirm your child’s place in the Summer Tech Camp.
