Nutrition Travel Exchange has confirmed each Licensed Nutritionist's educational background, verified all license credentials, and evaluated each Nutritionist's group nutrition experience. Each of our Nutritionists is Licensed with with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (USA) or has passed the Canadian Dietetic Registration Examination specific to their Canadian Province.
In exchange for the Resort hosting the Licensed Nutritionist, Nutrition Travel Exchange agrees to make reasonable efforts to achieve a 100% fill rate with the Resort's requested dates. If we are unable to fulfill a week of services, we will notify the Resort within 7 days of requested service date. Our Nutritionists will deliver the Services in a professional, energetic, engaging, timely, and responsible manner, dressed in resort-appropriate professional attire, and exhibiting responsible, professional behavior at all times. Nutrition Travel Exchange will email the Nutritionist's information (name, contact information) to the Resort 7 days prior to the Service dates for room assignment, and will also provide the Nutritionist's headshot and biographical and professional details for marketing purposes.
The Resort agrees to advertise the Nutritionist's Services and promote the Services to its guests. If the Resort is at capacity and unable to fulfill hosting for the Nutritionist on-site, the Resort agrees to provide Nutritionist with comparable accommodations to Nutrition (and companions) at a neighboring resort. By completing this form and signing below, Resort indicates its commitment to the registered dates for Services as indicated above, and guarantees hosting of the assigned Licensed Nutritionist.
