Growing, woman-owned broadcast media company is seeking a self-motivated, Community Manager to join our team of She-Bosses. She Epic Enterprises raises the brand awareness of women in business and assists them in obtaining financial resources to fund their dreams. This is a highly visible position, requiring an individual who is motivational, goal-oriented, data-driven, and relationship-focused in achieving results. The Community Manager should have proven experience designing, managing, analyzing metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and reporting statistical performance levels.
As an Ambassador for the She Boss Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the community's reach and impact. Your passion for our mission, combined with your exceptional communication skills and networking abilities, will empower you to share about the tribe externally and attract like-minded individuals to join our vibrant community. Your responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with existing members, collaborating with influencers and partners, and strategizing innovative initiatives to engage and grow the tribe.

We are based in Cleveland, OH, but the job is remote. Responsibilities:
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
- Understand entrepreneurial business and marketing strategies
- Provide engaging text, image and video content within our online membership community
- Embody our brand and brand messaging; clearly display in communications
- Champion membership program and secure new memberships weekly
- Manage sales pipeline from the community; upsell other programs and services
- Ensure members are taking advantage of all their benefits; strong follow up process
- Respond to members in a timely manner
- Facilitate network and relationship building; must be personable and energetic
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Liaise with Development and Sales departments
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology and marketing trends
Education & Other Requirements:
- Certification or Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
- Proven work experience as a community manager (YouTube and other social platforms)
- Experience in Online and Influencer Marketing is a PLUS
- Facebook Certified Community Manager Certification is a PLUS
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives (online and offline)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret data analytics
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Wages (1099 opportunity)
