Welcome to The Lone Stylist Family and I can’t wait to meet you soon. All new guests start working with us here with a digital consultation form. This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. Please complete the form in full and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours of your request during my work week which is Tuesday-Saturday. By completing this form, you're submitting an appointment request and price quote inquiry. In response, you will receive an email with a general price quote and instructions on how to book your appointment smoothly online, (and also what to book for).

Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15-20 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.

Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 1-2 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 4

By hitting the submit button you are agreeing to the following:

If you need to cancel your appointment you will do it 24hr before your appointment or you will be subject to being charged 50% of the services booked.

Being on time to your appointment or letting me know you will be late. If you will be more then 10 minutes late then you are subject to forfiting your appointment (which would make you incure the 50% charge), or sacraficing elements of your appointment.

Finally you are aknowleging the fact that I don't make refund unless under extreme circumstances and it is to my discretion. If your unhappy with the service you received please let me know and I will do everything in my power to fix what your not happy with, given it is what we discussed in your consultation, and is within 7 days of your initial appointment.
