  • Students may contest a grade for up to 30 days from the last day of the term in which the course was taken. Formal grade appeals may be submitted after attempting to resolve the issue with both the instructor and the Division Director that oversees the course.

  • This form and attachments will be sent to the Office of the Vice President for Student Services located in Suite 215 of the McCain Success Center in accordance with the Grade Appeal Policy found in the Snead State College Catalog and Student Handbook.
