All reservations are non-refundable but may be rebooked up to two times maximum.

A "No-Show" will be considered a non-refundable cancellation of booking.

BOOKING POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

1. No cancellation is allowed once booking is submitted and confirmed
2. Total booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances

Rebooking Policy

1. Free rebooking is available only when the request is made 2 weeks or more before the original booking date
2. Urgent rebooking (requests made within 2 weeks of booking date) will incur an additional charge of 10% of the total booking fee
3. Rebooking will not proceed without proof of payment of the applicable rebooking fee (for urgent rebooking requests)
4. Upon rebooking request, guest must provide a set/final rebooking date - tentative dates will not be accepted
5. In cases where camping/ATV activities are suspended or cancelled by the Local Government Unit (LGU) or National Government, a free rebooking will be automatically granted, but cancellation is still not permitted

Booking Transfer Policy

1. All bookings are transferable once upon written request from the original guest
2. Transfer requests must include complete contact details and pertinent information of the new guest
3. The new guest will assume all responsibilities and must comply with all terms and policies outlined in this agreement
    

ACTIVITY AND SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Additional Services

1. Guests are welcome to book extra activities onsite for an additional fee
2. Onsite bookings are subject to availability

Activity Changes

1. Downgrading of activities is not allowed once the package is confirmed
2. Reduced number of participants: If the number of guests decreases on the booking date, excess fees will be converted into consumables (camping and activities). The total booking fee remains final and cannot be reduced, but additional services may be added.

Nature Activity Expectations

We want to ensure our guests have realistic expectations about outdoor and nature-based activities. Minor inconveniences are normal and should be expected, including but not limited to:

• ATVs may temporarily shut down when used in deep water crossings and rough terrains
• Weather-related delays or modifications to scheduled activities
• Natural terrain challenges during hiking activities
• Basic camping facility limitations inherent to outdoor experiences 
   

SERVICE LIMITATIONS NOTICE

Communication and Response Time Expectations

Due to the natural environment and limitations in mobile communications, our staff may not be able to attend to guest needs at a moment's notice. We recommend that guests:

• Come prepared with personal essentials and backup items
• Plan for basic needs and comfort items in advance
• Understand that our service capacity differs from conventional hotel accommodations
• We encourage guests to be self-sufficient and prepared for the outdoor camping experience while our team provides support within our operational capabilities.
