As per the General Data Protection Regulations effective on and from 25th May 2018 Kilkeel Golf Club will use your Personal Details as follows: Section 1. On your Application Form will be posted on Notice Boord for two weeks. To record on Golfnet and Club V1 for the purpose of the World Handicapping system To record on BRS System for the purpose of booking golf. Hold on the Clubs Members Profile. To record electronically annual subscriptions renewals. To distribute group emails for Club information purposes. BCC

Upon submission of this electronic form, you will be emailed a hard copy pdf version of the completed application.

Please sign the form and have your proposer and seconder also sign the form and date all required fields.

You can then take the form to the Club Administrator and submit the hard copy form with the character reference and appropriate payment.

All applicants are subject to the Kilkeel Golf Club election process of approval at Council meetings.

Upon submission of the hard copy form and reference and payment of the fee, Temporary Summer members may utilise the course prior to the normal Council election approval.

Saturday booking restrictions – If after 5pm on Friday, tee times earlier than 2pm on Saturday are available, they may be availed of by Temporary Summer members.
If booked out by a Full / Annual member and playing in their group, restrictions do not apply.

No scorecards for Handicap Assessment may be submitted until full approval of membership is completed. Full approval is required for option B & C prior to competition entry as a member.
