    • MY TEAM FUNDRAISING & CLUB BRAND & LOGO USAGE AGREEMENT
    • FUNDRAISING, LOGO & BRAND USAGE UNDERSTANDING & AGREEMENT

The following understanding is strict, and applies across all and every team.

Use of the WSA Logo is strictly prohibited without expressed written permission.

Selling gear, merchandise, clothing, shirts, cups, bags, or otherwise, with the WSA Namesake, Logo, or Likeness, is strictly prohitted without express written persmission.

WHY:  WSA Soccer is striving to "Build the Community You Want to Belong To."  This  is part of the club's recently revisited VISION STATEMENTS.  Part of the effort in UNIFYING and developing sense of UNITY within COMMUNITY, is creating brand identity.  We seek to dress in some manner that is uniform, to represent the brand in a way that is shared, and common.

WSA Soccer profit's approximatley $4 per player, per year, on branded gear.  There is a net loss after reinvesting in branding coaching gear.  The effort is not financial.  The effort is social and via communication of club values.  The value: UNITY is one of the four pillars of the club, authored in 1995 (one corner of the cross symbolizes UNITY).

As a team leader, club leader, your job is to enforce, lead, and communicate the club's branding expectation as stated above.

      SUMMARY:

      1. Seek permission to use the Club Logos and namesake anywhere.
      2. Keep in mind the club's effort to brand uniformly is the priority ahead of your team's use of the brand.
      3. Team Fundraising efforts should NOT include use of the club brand or logo.
      4. All Team Fundraising Efforts must be approved by WSA Executive Council via a process provided (See My Team Fundraising).
      5. WSA supported teams fundraising efforts the past year of over $150,000 that is trackable via our accounting.  We'll help.  We expect compliance.
