This pre-order form is for those attending in-person book signings. If you are NOT attending any of these events, or do not have someone to pick up your pre-order, please do not fill out this form!
Since I am traveling far, I will only have a limited number of books with me. Any co-write books will ONLY have my signature in them. Books will be personalized upon pick-up. If you are not present at the event to receive your books, I am not responsible for shipping them to you and a refund will not be issued.
