This pre-order form is for those attending in-person book signings. If you are NOT attending any of these events, or do not have someone to pick up your pre-order, please do not fill out this form!
Since I am traveling far, I will only have a limited number of books with me. NO individual book paperbacks or hardbacks will will be brought to the event. They are available to pre-order only. Only the three special edition omnibus will be traveling with me to sell day of. SIGNING FOILED EXCLUSIVE INVENTORY WILL NOT BE IMMENSE FOR DAY OF. If you want to ensure that you get a book, you will need to fill out and submit this form! Any co-write books will ONLY have my signature in them. Books will be personalized upon pick-up. If you are not present at the event to receive your signed books, I am not responsible for shipping them to you and a refund will not be issued as I've already had to pay for these books and shipping to the event and now back home.
