LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby waive, release and forever discharge Playground , a division of Satyananda corp and associated supervisor, employees, volunteers, students, coach or other team administrator from all rights and claims for damages, injury, loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in Playground, a division of Satyananda corp activities, whether or not damages or loss is due to negligence. This applies to both online and in-person classes.
I hereby acknowledge that my children is (are) physically fit and capable of participation in all team activities. I understand that some activities need good physical and mental balance. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring my children to use the technology and tools provided by Playground responsibly and use it only for the purpose of educational needs. I also acknowledge that my children have access to the devices and wifi they need to attend the class.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above mentioned organization and/or individuals, their agents and/or employees, against any and all liability for personal or mental injury, including injuries resulting in death to me, my child(ren) and/or other family members, or damage to my property, the property to my child(ren) and/or other family members, or both, while I (or my child(ren) or family members) participate in the Playground, a division of Satyananda corp programs.
By registering my child(ren) with the Playground, a division of Satyananda corp, I agree to allow my child(ren) to participate in the Playground, a division of Satyananda corp programs or events or sessions, and hereby release Playground, a division of Satyananda corp, their directors, officers, agents, coaches, and employees from liability for any injury that might occur to my child(ren), myself and family members while participating in the Playground, a division of Satyananda corp programs, including travel to and from training programs, events or other scheduled team activities online or in-person.
MEDICAL RELEASE WAIVER
I hereby give my permission for any supervisor, coach or other team administrator associated with the Playground , a division of Satyananda corp. to seek and give appropriate medical attention for our child(ren) in the event of accident, injury, illness, etc. I will be responsible for any and all costs associated with any necessary medical attention and/or treatment.
PUBLICITY PERMISSION
Sharing student’s work digitally is very important to us. As the member's parent or guardian, I grant Playground, a division of Satyananda corp, the right to use, reproduce and/or distribute photographs, films, videotapes electronic images and sound recordings of the student and any family member of the student while participating in the Playground, a division of Satyananda corp programs or projects, in person or online without compensation or approval rights for use in material created for the purposes of promoting the activities and knowledge of Playground, a division of Satyananda corp.
CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT
All youth members of Playground, a division of Satyananda corp. agree to abide by the following standards during practice, meets/competitions or during any other team function or event. As the member's parent, you are agreeing that you have discussed these standards with your child(ren)
1. All team members are expected to follow the directions of the coaching staff.
2. Improper or destructive behavior will not be tolerated. The team member’s family will be responsible for any damage expense incurred to the equipment of Playground, a division of Satyananda corp.
3. Abusive language or conduct directed at the coaching staff, parent, or team members will not be tolerated.
4. In case of online classes, students need to appropriately dressed for the class if they are on the video
5. All students are expected to use respectable language while talking to others and chatting.
Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in, but not necessarily be limited to, the team member being removed from practice or team function/meet, and will be sent home (in case of in-person class) with the parent or at the parent’s expense (in case of in person classes)
Student devices:
Parents are responsible for providing the devices (iPad or Macbook or PC or Mac on cloud or phone) and strong Wi-fi that students can use for the class. Playground is not responsible for the safety of any of the student devices including laptops, tablets and phones etc. or their ability to participate in the class because of wi-fi issues.
Content rights:
Any content shared by Playground is for personal use only. Any part of class video is not allowed to share with others outside of Playground. Playground reserves the right to any content and ideas created by students during the time the student is working on projects at Playground. Playground reserves the right to sell any apps created at Playground by students. Playground may record any class.
