1. WAIVER: All participants (adults and children) must sign the online waiver prior to arriving. Sign-in upon arrival is required and names will be checked for waivers -- if your waiver is not in our system, you will need to complete a paper copy prior to participating.
2. CANCELLATIONS AND CLOSINGS: This program will follow the school calendar. Reservations are not available on days that The Garden is closed - whether scheduled or unscheduled (due to weather, COVID, air quality or another unforeseen circumstance). We encourage parties to rain-suit up and enjoy the outdoors even in the rain! However, if we are closed due to a dangerous weather event or another unforeseen circumstance, or if groups do not wish to participate in the rain or cancel the reservation for another reason within 24 hours of the start time, groups can choose to make-up their reservation WITHIN SEVEN DAYS of the original reservation, given the space is not already reserved by another group at that time. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time.
3. COSTS AND PAYMENT METHODS: Each reservation is $45.00. An invoice will be sent to the responsible person's email listed above. All payments must be submitted online or by check prior to arrival. Parties arriving with payment in hand will be considered only if spaces have not been previously reserved and paid for. All items within the space utlizied by your party must be returned to their proper location in the same condition they were found. All trash must be placed in the provided receptacle prior to leaving the space. Fines will be assessed for damaged materials based on the actual cost to replace. The person responsible for this party will be sent an invoice for the total cost of any damaged items and this invoice must be paid within 5 business days. Late fees of 15% will apply to any unpaid invoice. The Garden reserves the right to send any unpaid invoices to collection agencies after a period of 60 days. Families participating in the Forest Buddies program will have priority placement from the waiting list for our Homeschool Supplemental Classes and, upon registration will have access to our Meetup Group and Parent Resources page.
4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Parties are required to sign-in upon arrival and sign-out prior to leaving the space. A staff member will meet your party at the entrance and will provide a 15 minute clean-up reminder before check-out. The responsible person named above must check-out with a staff member prior to departure. Parties who remain on site after the scheduled departure may be charged a fee of $5.00 for every 10 minutes after the checkout time.
