ATTENTION:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The pet should be in good health and is fit for grooming. Pet should also have necessary vaccinces and anti rabies shot for the safety of our groomers and staffs.

2. Kindly inform us ahead if your pet has any history of being aggressive when being groomed. Noting that we have the right to refuse our grooming services should our groomers cannot handle the aggressiveness of your pet. Please note as well that we do not accept pets who are highly infested of ticks and fleas as this should be treated and handled by veterinarians.

3. All appointment bookings shall only be confirmed by our Receptionist. No bookings shall be made through our Groomers. We are only held accountable to any unforseen incident for confirmed bookings by our receptionist.

4. Our home service mobile grooming is fully equiped with necessary grooming tools. However, we will be needing and using your electricity for some of our tools such as blowers and clippers.

5. We would require parking space in front of your house for electrical plugging.
