  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. Pet Health: Please make sure your pet is healthy and ready for grooming. Vaccinations, including rabies, should be up to date to keep everyone safe.
    2. Behavior & Parasites: Let us know in advance if your pet can be aggressive during grooming. We may have to refuse service if our groomers cannot safely handle your pet. Pets with heavy ticks or fleas must be treated by a veterinarian before grooming.
    3. Booking Confirmation: Only appointments confirmed through our Facebook Page and this link are official. Bookings made directly with groomers are not considered confirmed.
    4. Home Service Setup: Our mobile grooming van has all the tools we need, but we’ll need to use your electricity for some equipment like blowers and clippers. Please also provide a parking spot in front of your house near an electrical outlet.
    5. Appointment Time: Your chosen time is an estimate. Traffic or other delays may affect it, but we’ll notify you if there are any changes.
    6. Downpayment & Cancellations: We do not accept same-day cancellations, so your downpayment is non-refundable. For any appointment changes, please notify us at least 2 days before your initial booking. All cancellations due to above points are subject to our Downpayment and Cancellation terms.
