I agree that all information submitted is what I would like in my design project. The designer is not responsible for any information I did not chose to submit.
I understand that the design process does not begin until all information is submitted and confirmed by the designer.
I understand that all transactions are handled through Jotforms unless otherwise stated. Third party processors (e.g., Cash App, Venmo, Zelle) will not be accepted. In the event that payment has failed, my designed request will be immediately canceled.
I understand that the sole method of communication used is email. I must respond in a timely manner for my design to be completed by the specified time frame.
I understand the my design will be used in So Stylized Graphic LLC's portfolio and agree to have my design posted on all social media + website.
I understand that all sales are final.
I understand that I am allowed three free revisions. Once the allowed revisions have been exhausted, I am required to pay a fee of $5 for any additional revisions.
I understand that in the event of a redesign, I will be required to pay an additional fee of 50% of the service I requested.
I understand that all design projects are considered intellectual property of So Stylized, LLC. I am not allowed to pass off any designs as my own work or resell the designs.
I understand that drafts will be sent to me for my approval. Drafts will be watermarked to prohibit redistribution of work before completion. My design will not be "complete" until I have approved the drafts. Once I have given approval, all watermarks will be removed.
