To participate as a seller, you need to be able to comply with the following terms and conditions
Car Boot Sellers payment of $10 per bay must be paid in cash on the day.
- Registration by Sellers is essential and is required before Friday 8 September (to ensure enough room).
- Sellers who do not complete a registration form cannot participate.
- Sites cannot be reserved and will be on a first–come–first–served basis.
- Set up is from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Entry to the car boot selling area opens at 9:00 am and vehicles must be parked by 9:45 am. Entrance of vehicles after 10:00 will not be allowed.
- Each seller will be allocated one (1) Car Parking Space. Goods must be displayed in or at the rear of the vehicle.
- Sellers must trade from 10:00 am to 12 noon - Early exits will not be permitted to ensure visitor safety.
- Absolutely NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT BETWEEN 10 AM AND 12NOON within the car boot selling area
- If you sell out or want to stop selling, put all your belongings in your car, lock it up and return to remove it at 12 noon. The Rivergum Café will be open to satisfy any coffee/tea and treat cravings.
- All goods sold must be second-hand or personally handmade.
- Sorry, no food, drinks, dangerous goods, chemicals, faulty electrical equipment or firearms are permitted.
- Sellers must bring their own equipment if required, i.e. shade structure, tables, racks etc.
- Each car park bay is Australian standard size - all gazebos, tables, etc., must fit within 2.4 metres.
- Cars, utes, 4WD and standard-size vans only – no trailers, trucks, long wheel-based vans or large 4WDs permitted.
- Pack-up is from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm.
- No dogs allowed at the Car Boot Sale.
