inflatables. By renting and/or using our equipment, you agree to the terms and
conditions outlined below. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between Xtra Time Inflatables and yourself, the customer.

Acceptance of Responsibility:
You acknowledge that you are responsible for any damages caused to the
bouncy castles or inflatables during the rental period, regardless of whether the damage was intentional, accidental, or caused by a third party.

Reporting Damages:
You agree to report any damages to the bouncy castles or inflatables
immediately to our staff or representatives. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges.

Assessment and Repair Charges:
1. We reserve the right to assess the extent of the damage caused to the bouncy castles or inflatables upon their return to us.

2. You agree to pay for all repair costs associated with any damages, including but not limited to tears, punctures, rips, or other damages that render the equipment unfit for future use.

3. The repair costs will be determined at our discretion and will include the cost of labour, materials, and any other relevant expenses.

4. In the event that the bouncy castles or inflatables cannot be repaired and need to be replaced, you agree to pay the full replacement cost, which includes the cost of a new unit, shipping, and any associated fees.

Charges and Payment:
1. You agree to pay for any damages incurred to the bouncy castles or inflatables within 14 working days of receiving an itemised invoice from us.

2. Payments can be made via bank transfer and must be made in the currency
specified by us.

Limitation of Liability:
Xtra Time Inflatables shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or
damages that occur during the use of our bouncy castles or inflatables, including damages to personal property, unless such injuries, accidents, or damages are directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. For your safety, a risk assessment will be provided and must be followed to avoid such scenarios.

6. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the bouncy castles or inflatables, including but not limited to any damages caused by you or any third party.
