While it is possible to save a partially completed application, we strongly encourage applicants to have the documentation above ready prior to starting the application process.
WARNING: You have selected “Category A: Death Benefits” for the Benefit Category question and “Self” for the Applicant’s Relationship to the Victim question. This Category is to be completed only by survivors of Victims whose deaths were the result of the event.

After the application deadline, the Fund Administrators will review the applications and the Steering Committee will create a Distribution Plan. When the Distribution Plan is approved, financial benefits are distributed to approved Applicants. Benefits are sent to Applicants by the following methods:

When enrolling in Zelle, you can use your email address or U.S. phone number as your Zelle identifier. If you provide this identifier on the next page of the application, funds will automatically be deposited in your bank at the time of distribution.
