    • There will be an attendant fee for each event
    • There is an additional fee if you request a party Host 
    • The rental fee is for 4 hours
    • Rooms must be cleaned & trash brought to the dumpster
    • You can request clean-up service for an additional fee
    • We will review your request & contact you to reserve your date
    • A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your date
    • The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your room rental
    • The balance of your rental must be paid 48 hours before your event
