- The Bossier Arts Council reserves the right to reschedule or relocate classes, meetings, or workshops as necessary. (The BAC staff will give as much notification as possible)
- NO alcoholic beverages are allowed, unless contracted with Thrifty Liquor
- A $50 cleaning fee will be applied if space is not cleaned after rental
- Max capacity of space is 45 guests
