Rental Application
A security deposit of half month's rent is required to approve your application.

Please send e-transfer to ap@karmaproperties.ca with the memo line stating which suite and building you are applying for.

If application is denied, deposit will be issued as a cheque within 4 business days and sent back to you in the mail. Please only make payment if you have already viewed the suite and are sure you would like to move in.

Anyone above the age of 18 is required to have their own application on file. Please do not combine your application.

Please Note:
Rent is payable on or before the first of each month. A deposit of one-half month's rent is hereby provided to the landlord. These monies are to be returned to the applicant in full if their application is not accepted. The deposit, on the date of move in will become the damage/security deposit and bear interest at the rate prescribed by law. It is to be returned to the resident after vacating the unit subject to the conditions of the law. If the prospective resident cancels their application, the landlord reserves the right to apply the full deposit to the rental losses.

Pets are only allowed if the building allows allow them and if specifically approved by the landlord. Once approved a pet deposit of up to one month's rent is required.
