Students receive help in our small (sometimes as low as 3:1 student-teacher ratio) classes. A programme will be customized for your child and will focus on a combination of cognitive enhancement exercises, remediation, and core academics (English, Mathematics, Humanities and Science). Students participate in daily social skill lessons to learn and practice appropriate behaviours in a class setting.

CLC&S AI Tools Student Consent Form
I, the undersigned, give permission for my child to use approved AI tools provided by Cayman Learning Centre & School (CLC&S) for educational purposes.

Approved AI Tools
These may include: CoPilot, QuillBot, Grammarly, Canva Magic Write , Khanmigo, and Socrative, along with other tools vetted and approved by the AI & Data Protection Lead.

Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
- All AI tools used are vetted to ensure compliance with GDPR and recognised international personal data protection standards.
- Students will be assigned a school-issued unique ID to protect their identity.
- Personal data will not be uploaded to any unapproved tools.
- Any AI outputs (such as reports or feedback) will be reviewed by a teacher before being shared.
- The school follows strict retention and deletion protocols in line with the Data Protection Act (2021) and relevant international guidelines.
Field Trips, PE and Community Based Learning Activities Consent
Your child will have a variety of opportunities to participate in field trips, out of school PE classes as well as community-based teaching activities during this school year. As such, this generic permission form will cover the entire school year. Teachers will let you know details leading up to each specific trip.
