Terms & Conditions
Pricing and Availability: Pricing and date availability is guaranteed when the agreement is signed, a credit card authorization is filed, and a $50 non-refundable booking reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. However, it may be transferred to a rescheduled event if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. The next payment is due within 7 days of booking, you must make one of the following payments:
- Full Payment - Pay the remaining balance in full
- 50% Payment - Pay at least 50% of the total rental cost
- Payment Plan Agreement - Set up structured payment plan with agreed-upon installment date.
If no payment is made within 7 days of booking, your event date may be canceled without refund of the $50 deposit. Final balance is due 7 days before the event date.
If your event is booked less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking. You may reschedule once if requested at least 7 days before the event. The $50 deposit will transfer to your new date within 90 days, pending availability. If you reschedule less than 7 days before the event, a $50 rebooking fee may apply. If your next payment is not received within 7 days of booking, your reservation may be canceled without a refund. If your final balance is not paid by the due date (7 days before the event), your booking may be canceled, and payments are nonrefundable. A $25 per day late fee may apply if the balance is overdue but the event is still scheduled.
Your booking is not confirmed until the $50 deposit is received.
Payment Default, Collections & Late Fees: In the event of non-payment, Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC reserves the right to recover all costs associated with collection, including legal fees, collection agency fees, and interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% annually). Client agrees to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs incurred by Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC in connection with enforcement of this agreement.

Rental: All rental packages are up to 4 hours except for the bumper car rental which is up to 3 hours based on the agreed-upon contract time. Clients must confirm their desired playtime duration at the time of booking. Additional hours may be added at a rate of $50 per extra hour, subject to availibilty

Delivery & Setup :The first 15 miles from our location is FREE. If the event location is beyond 15 miles, a mileage fee of $0.60 per mile (round trip) will apply. Any applicable delivery fees will be calculated and included in your invoice before finalizing your booking. We will arrive approximately 2 to 3 hours before your rental period start time to set up depending on the size of the package. If our team cannot unload equipment close to the setup area, extra labor charges may apply. Factors like long hallways, uneven terrain, or setups far from parking may require additional setup time and resources. If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access or undisclosed setup challenges the booking may be canceled without a refund. Any delivery restrictions must be provided to Angel Baby Soft Play LLC before the delivery date, such as but not limited to lack of parking, stairs, narrow, doorways, etc. If your venue requires valet or paid parking, the client is responsible for covering the full cost of parking for our setup team. If no free or designated parking is available nearby, parking fees will be added to the final invoice. If toll roads are required to reach event location, toll charges will be added to your invoice. We will notify you of any toll charges before finalizing your booking. If your event is in a building with an elevator, there is no additional charge to set up. If stairs are required for access, a $25 per flight of stairs fee applies. If multiple flights of stairs are involved, please discuss with us before booking to ensure proper accommodations. You will receive a breakdown of any additional fees (mileage, tolls, stairs, parking, etc. before payment.
Outdoor setups must be in a shaded area to prevent equipment from overheating. If no shade is available, we recommend renting a tent from us for coverage. If the event is in a park, the client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits from the park authority. Proof of permit approval must be provided at least 7 days before the event.
Our soft play equipment and bounce houses must be operated over a smooth and compatible surface, must be flat and leveled, such as concrete or other hard surfaces. We will only set up soft play equipment on grass if flat and leveled. We will not set-up on patchy grass, dirt, sand, mulch, gravel, uneven or inclined surfaces that can damage the equipment or become a hazard for users. It is the lessee’s responsibility to tell us where the equipment is to be setup. You agree to check the site measurements for the required package(s), ensures that there will be adequate space surrounding the equipment, and ensure that there is a clear pathway to the setup area before Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC arrives. You agree to have any underground utility lines marked prior. Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.,). If sufficient space is not available at the event site for the equipment ordered, or Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC deems it unsafe for participants to operate our equipment, our soft play equipment and bounce house will NOT be setup. You will not still be charged for them, forfeiting any refund. If you have any setup questions or concerns, you must notify us before your event date.

Breakdown: Breakdown will begin at the scheduled event end time, as stated in your contract. We require at least 1 hour for breakdown and removal of equipment after the event ends. If client requests additional playtime beyond the scheduled end time, a $50 per extra hour fee applies, subject to availibilty. If our team arrives for breakdown and the play area is not cleared resulting in delays, a $50 per 30 minutes waiting fee may be applied. Thirty minutes prior to your rental period ending we will notify you that we will be packing up the soft play soon. After your rental period is over, please make sure that all children are removed from the play area to ensure their safety during take down. Please ensure that the soft play equipment is not scattered around your event. Our equipment must be collected and placed back in the setup area. Balls from the ball pit must be collected and bagged. This will ensure we do not spend time looking for items during take down. You will be charged an extra fee of $100 if our soft play equipment is scattered around your event.
You may NOT disassemble our soft play rentals or bounce house. This is to prevent damage to our equipment. Clients and event coordinators are NOT permitted to attachanything to our soft play materials or bounce houses.
If you, the renter, will not be available during delivery, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the venue/event coordinator to ensure all items are delivered and set up in the correct location.

Outdoor Event Clause for Balloon Installations: Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC Balloon Installations Provided by Daisy Pop.
1.Outdoor installations are inherently risky. The client understands that balloon installations in outdoor environments are significaantly more susceptible to environmental conditions, including but not limited to sun exposure, rain, wind, humidity, temperature changes, and unplanned interactions with animals or guests. While Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC and Daisy Pop will take reasonable precautions to ensure quality installation, we cannot guarantee the longevity or appearance of outdoor installations.
2. Weather Policy. In the event of forecasted rain, high winds, or extreme heat, the client is encouraged to provide an alteranative covered or indoor location for installation. Should inclement weather prevent safe installation:
- Installations may be delayed until conditions improve
- If safe installation is not possible, services will be forfeited or rescheduled (subject to availability)
- Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related cancellations as preparation and materials are purchased in advance
3. Heat & Sun Exposure. Direct sunlight and high temperatures can cause:
- Balloon expansion and popping
- Color fading or oxidation
- Shortened decor lifespan
Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC and Daisy Pop will not be held responsible for damage or degradation caused by heat or sun exposure after installation.
4. Wind Conditions. Wind can compromise the structural integrity of balloon installations, even when properly anchored. Installations will be secured to the best of our ability, but excessive wind may cause:
- Tangles, pops, or structural collapse
- Premature deterioration
- Relocation or removal for safety reasons
The client assumes responsibilty for wind-related risks
5. Rain & Moisture Exposure Balloons are not waterproof. Rain or heavy moisture may cause balloons to:
- Stick together
- Deflate prematurely
- Become stained or misshappen
If installations are exposed to moisture, longevity cannot be guaranteed, and damages are not the responsibilty of Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC or Daisy Pop
6. Post-Installation Liability. Upon completion, all responsibility for the decor transfer to the client. Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC and Daisy Pop will not be held liable for:
- Damage caused by event guests, animals, or venue staff
- Relocation of the decor by anyone other than our team
- Environmental factors after installation is complete
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. In the event of severe weather (storms, high winds, or dangerous conditions), we reserve the right to reschedule installations for safety purposes. If rescheduling is not possible:
- A partial credit may be applied to future bookings (subject to our discretion).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event date
8. Emergency Contact & Event Day Communication. Clients are required to provide a reachable contact person for the day of the event. Any neccessary decisions regarding weather-related adjustments or safety will be communicated through this contact.
9. Photographs & Marketing Use. Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC and Daisy Pop reserve the right to photograph all comoleted decor for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes. We appreciate your understanding and support in showcasing our work!
10. Acknowledgement of Risk and Terms. By booking balloon installation services, the client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with outdoor decor. The client agrees that Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC and Daisy Pop are not responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from conditions outlined in this clause.

Design & Visual Representation Clause: All visual designs, mock-ups, and proposals are representations of the intended design and are subject to reasonable variations in color, material, and placement due to inventory availability, environmental conditions, and artistic interpretation. Final installations may vary from mock-up designs due to:
- Product substitutions
- On-site adjustments for safety and design integrity
- Lighting and environmental factors
By booking services, the client acknowledges that reasonable variations may occur and agrees to approve final mock-ups, if applicable, before installation. Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC and Daisy Pop are not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction regarding design interpretation or natural variations in materials.

Photography Release: Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC may take photos and videos of the soft play setup and children enjoying the equipment during the event. These images may be used for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials. We will never include identifying personal information (such as names or addresses) in any published media. If you prefer that photos or videos of your event not be used, you must inform us in writing at least 24 hours before your event via email or text. If no written notice is given, you grant Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC permission to capture and use photos/videos for business purposes. Clients are welcome to take their own photos and videos during the event. If sharing photos on social media, we appeciate being tagged @Angelbabyluxe on Instagram and @Angel Baby Luxe on Facebook. Client photos/videos must not be used for commercial purposes without written permission from Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC. If professional photographers, videographers, or media personnel will be present at your event, please notify us in advance. Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC retains the right to request copies of any professional photos/videos featuring our soft play setup for promotional use. Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC is not responsible for third party use of images at public or private events. Any concerns about photo removal from our social media or website can be addressed by contacting us directly. By signing the agreement, you give Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC permission to use the photos/videos at your event on our social media, website, advertisements, materials, and other publications deemed appropriate by Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC, unless an opt-out request is submitted in writing.
Privacy & Data Use: Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC respects your privacy. Client information collected for booking purposes, including but not limited to name, contact information, event details, and payment information, is used soley for providing services and communication related to the event. Your information will not be shared or sold to third parties. We use trusted third-party platforms to securely collect event inquires, client details, and process payments. These platforms comply with industry security standards to protect your information.
Photos taken at your event may be used for marketing purposes only if consent is granted (see Photography Release section). We maintain industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. By booking services with Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this section.

Health and Safety
We will set up our soft play equipment and bounce houses taking into full account the safety of the children. Our equipment must not be moved or dismantled once set up unless you are authorized to do so by Angel
Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC. We will not be a liability for accidents or injuries occurring while our equipment is in your possession. You agree to enforce the following safety rules below and to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to people (s) or damage to our soft play equipment.
Rules For Soft Play and Bounce House Rental:
- Our soft play equipment and bounce house is appropriate only for children under the age of 5 years old.
- Under no circumstances should anyone over 5 years or adult play on, sit, or lean on the soft play equipment. This can result in damage to the equipment or injury to the individual (s)/ children.
- All children under the age of 5 years old must always be supervised by an adult while in the soft play area and using the inflatable bounce house.
- Shoes must be removed before entering the soft play area and bounce house.
- Children must wear socks for hygiene and safety reasons
- No food, drinks, candy, gum, jewelry, eyeglasses, sharp objects, pets, face paint, silly string, party poppers, confetti, colored streamers, play dough, slime, markers, crayons etc., to be used on or near the equipment. These items cause permanent damage/staining to our soft play equipment and bounce houses for which the Lessee will be liable.
- No wrestling, flipping, hanging on supports, leaning or sitting on safety fence, roughhousing, running, or any other type of activity besides jumping and sliding is allowed in the soft play area and bounce house.
- No diving or throwing balls out of the ball pit
- All ball pits are cleaned regularly. However, please discourage children from putting them in their mouths.
- No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee up to $500 will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged.
- No jumping or bouncing against the columns and no climbing on the netting.
- Anyone with head, back, neck, or any muscular skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not permitted inside the bounce house.
- Keep soft play equipment and bounce house away from heat and open flame at all times, material will burn or melt. Therefore, avoid things like smoking or barbecuing near the equipment. If the bounce house begins
to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.
- Bounce house must remain staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury. Do not use if winds exceed 25mph. The bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the air blower.
- Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if the ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping
hazards and electric shock from the air blower if wet conditions exist.
- All our equipment will be delivered in a clean and sanitary state. To reduce the number of germs and the spread of disease or illness, we ask that you immediately disinfect any soft play equipment or bounce house
that has come in contact with the following situations: leaked soiled diapers, vomit, blood, or mucous.
- A disinfectant will be provided by Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC to ensure proper sterilization that is safe for all, including our soft play equipment and bounce houses.
- Our Party Attendant is responsible for supervising the proper use of our equipment. The Party Attendant is NOT responsible for entertaining or the supervision of the children; ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
Children’ safety depends on YOU. Your supervision is required. As the Lease of the soft play equipment and bounce house, the safety of all who come in contact with the units is YOUR responsibility. Do not exceed the recommended maximum capacity for each age group as stated

Policies
Weather Policy: We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. If inclement weather is forecasted, we allow one free reschedule within 90 days of the original event date. Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. If we arrive for setup and cannot proceed due to weather, the full payment is non-refundable. We do not set up in extreme weather conditions, including heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe temperatures. Free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 7 days before event
If rescheduling less than 7 days before, a $50 rebooking fee applies
Rescheduled events must take place within 60 - 90 days of the original booking date.
If client chooses to proceed with the event despite weather risks, Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play is not responsible for damages or interruptions caused by weather. If the setup is canceled on the day of the event due to weather, the full payment is non-refundable unless rescheduling is approved.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14+ Days Before Event - Full refund minus a $50 non-refundable booking fee OR a full credit towards a future booking (within 90 days).
- 7 -13 Days Before Event - 50% refund OR the option to reschedule within 60 days (subject to availability).
- Less Than 7 Days Before Event - No refunds, but you may reschedule for a $50 rebooking fee within 60 days.
If equipment, supplies, or custom decor have already been purchased for your event, these cost are non-refundable, even if you cancel. Clients may pick up purchased items (if applicable) or apply them to a rescheduled event within 90 days.
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, no refund or credit will be issued for pre-purchased supplies
Right to Refuse Service: Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time due to unsafe environmental conditions, client misconduct, venue limitations, or circumstances that compromise the safety of guests, employees, or equipment. Reasons for refusal may include but are not limited to:
- Unsafe weather conditions (excessive heat, high winds, rain, or electrical storms)
- Inaccessible or unsuitable event setup areas
- Aggressive behavior from clients or guests
- Failure to comply with agreed payment terms
- Failure to provide required permits or approvals for public or private venues
In such circumstances, no refund will be issued for payments already made. The client acknowledges and agrees that this policy is for the safety of all participants and the protection of Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC's staff and equipment.

Insurance Policy (Optional but Recommended)
We strongly recommend that customers purchase one-day event insurance through Event Helper or a preferred insurance provider. Event insurance helps cover accidental damage, liability, or unexpected incidents during the rental period. If the client chooses not to purchase insurance, they assume full financial responsibilty for any damages, injuries, or incidents related to the soft play rental. Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC is not liable for any accidents, property damage, or injuries that occur during the event.

Damage Waiver
Damage Waiver is NOT INSURANCE. We will deliver our equipment in good condition, and it shall be returned in the same condition (ordinary wear and tear accepted). “Ordinary wear and tear” are the normal deterioration of the rental equipment caused by ordinary, reasonable, and proper use of the rental equipment. Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment. Damage that is not “ordinary wear and tears” includes, but not limited to, cutting or tearing of vinyl or netting, damage due to overturning, overloading, exceeding rated capacities, breakage, improper use, abuse, lack of cleaning, drying due to rain and/or not limited to a sprinkler system, hoses, super soakers, etc., contamination of or dirtying of rental equipment with non-approved items such as chemicals, food, paint, silly string, mud, clay, or other materials. Things like silly string and face paint cause permanent damage to the material in which our soft play equipment is manufactured and will require a complete replacement of the equipment. By accepting this waiver, the renter will be charged for a cleaning fee up to $200, if our equipment is collected in an excessive cleaning or dirty state. If our equipment is damaged beyond repair, lost, stolen or you refuse to give us back our equipment after your rental period expires, you agree to pay for replacement of our equipment. Renter agrees to immediately notify Lessor of any accident and promptly submit any applicable police report, if Renter has applicable insurance the Damage Waiver becomes secondary, and the Renter agrees to exercise all rights available to the Renter under Renter’s insurance coverage and assign all claims and proceeds from Renter’s insurance coverage to Lessor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lessor’s liability for loss of, or damage to the equipment will not be waived in the following circumstances:
- § Any item or part thereof which is not returned, irrespective of the reason, including theft
- § Careless or abusive operation or use of the equipment
- § Use or operation of the equipment exceeding its rated capacity
- § Damage resulting from failure to perform or pay for all normal periodic and other basic services and
maintenance
- § Loss or damage caused by dishonesty of Renter’s employee or family member or wrongful conversion
by any person whom Renter allows possessing the equipment
- § Operation or use of the equipment in a manner inconsistent with the instructions of the equipment
manufacturer
- § Damage resulting from vandalism, malicious mischief, or intentional abuse
- § Damage to any accessories such as electric power cords, generators, air blower, or similar items
- § Damage resulting from overturning
- § Damage resulting from self-pickup or return while in transit
- § Damage resulting from use of the equipment in violation of any terms of this Rental Contract

Disclaimer of Warranties
Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the condition or performance of our equipment herein. Lessee agrees to immediately cease use of our equipment and contact Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC if any of the equipment appears to not be working properly. Lessee and Lessee’s guest agree to use our equipment at their own risk.
Unforeseeable Circumstances
Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC aim to deliver on time, but we will not be held responsible for delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include but are not limited to:
(a) acts of God; (b) inclement weather conditions, flood, fire, earthquake, or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riots or other civil unrest; (d) government authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other
industrial disturbance; (i) epidemic; pandemic or similar influenza or bacterial infection; (j) emergency state; (k) shortage of adequate medical supplies and equipment; (l) shortage of power or transportation facilities; (m)breakdown of our vehicle, (n) malfunctioning of our equipment (o) injuries, illness of our employees, (p)
traffic delays and other similar events beyond our reasonable control.
In the cases that we cannot deliver or fulfill your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible. In these instances,
our accountability will be restricted to the refunding of all monies paid.
Certain services, such as balloon installations, may be provided by independent third-party vendors (e.g. Daisy Pop). Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC is not liable for service interruptions, delays, or damages caused by third-party providers. Any claims regarding third-party services must be directed to the respective provider.
Release
In consideration of the services and or property provided, I, for myself and any minor children for which I am the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, any heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC, its employees and volunteers from any liability and waive any claim for damages arising from any cause whatsoever (except that which is gross negligence), I further agree to reimburse you for all attorney’s fees and legal costs should I bring legal action against you and lose.

Duty of Participants
It is recognized that some recreational activities conducted by Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC are hazardous to participants regardless of all feasible safety measures which we can take. All participants shall have a duty to act reasonably prudent when engaging in the recreational activities offered by Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play
LLC, referred to hereafter as Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC. I hereby covenant and agree not to condone, initiate, or take part in
- (a) Any act which shall interfere with the running or operation of this rental when such activities conform to the rules and regulations of the state of Georgia.
- (b) Any use of Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC’s equipment or services if I do not have the ability to use such facilities, equipment, or services safely with instructions until I have requested and received sufficient instruction to permit safe usage
- (c) Or engage in any harmful conduct or willfully, or negligently engage in any type of conduct which contributes to or causes injury to any one person.
- (d) Or to embark on any self-initiated activity without first informing Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC in written form of my intentions or receiving in written permission form from Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC to engage in such self-initiated activity
- (e) The use of the equipment while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or other intoxicating substances
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that the activity that I am about to voluntarily engage in as a participant and/or volunteer bears certain known risks and unanticipated risks which could result in injury, death, illness, or disease, physical or mental, or damage to myself, to my property, or spectators or third parties as a result of my actions expressly agree, covenant, and promise to accept and assume all responsibility and risk for injury. I also agree to pay for any damages caused by others (including attorneys’ fees or costs) if they are injured or otherwise damaged due to any negligent actions. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary; no one is
forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate despite the known and unknown risks. By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge that they have fully read and understood the content of this entire
agreement.

Entire Agreement
I understand that this is the entire agreement between me and Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC, its agents or employees and that it cannot be modified or changed in any way by the representations or statements of any employees of Angel Baby Luxe Soft Play LLC or by me. My signature below indicates that I have read this
entire document and agree to be bound by its terms.
