  • Please be aware:

    * You will be given a quote prior to any artwork or design.  This must be paid in full before we begin the design or production of your headstone marker.

    * Headstone markers can take a long time to design and produce.  Some stones are imported and we do not control the delivery schedule.  The average time for a marker is 3-6 months, with a year not being completely outside of the norm.  There are many factors such as shipping, time of year, weather, need for concrete, local delivery, installation and so on that can affect the timetable.

    * We can not guarantee a specific date of delivery and make no promises to have the marker in place by a specfic date, anniversary, family gathering or other date.

    * Markers are generally not installed at the same time as a burial.  Most cemeteries will have the caretaker do the installation and for insurance reasons will not permit the family to be present.  Please do not request for the marker to be delivered for a service.

    * It is the families responsiblity to carefully review and approve all artwork.  They must pay special attention to the spelling, dates, names and all elements of the design.  A signed approval must be submitted before we can proceed and the person signing accepts that any errors on the signed approval are the responsibility of the family to incure any costs to repare or replace.

    * It is the families responsibility to carefully review the specific cemetery bylaws related to their marker.  They must ensure that the correct size for the plot has been ordered, a concrete base of the correct size has been ordered any and applications, fees or authorizations have been filled out and approved.  The family takes all finacial responsibilities to repare or replace any marker due to an error related to not following the most up to date bylaws of their specific cemetery.
