St. John Paul 2 Syro Malabar Catholic Church, Cumming
St. John Paul II Syro Malabar Catholic Church, Cumming invites registrations for the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) program for the Academic Year 2023-2024, with a start date of August 6 2023. Registrations are open for Bible Nursery, and grades KG - 12.

*Please limit to one response per household. The privacy and confidentiality of data collected shall be maintained and not be shared with third parties and/or used in a manner outside the scope or objective of the Chruch.

Note: Only new students need to complete this form. Students who were enrolled in last year's CCD program can continue their enrollment to this year by paying the registration fees.
Logistics & Fees

Venue: Pinecrest Academy located at 955 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA 30041

Time: Sundays @ 3:05 pm to 4:15pm EST

Fees Structure per Family:

One Student : $100

Two Students: $200

Three or More Students: $280 (Max CCD fee due from a family)

Fees can be paid on Parishnet ( select fund as "CCD Registration 2023-2024" under contribution) , or via check ( Payable to : St. John Paul 2 SMC Church; Memo as CCD Fees ) to the CCD team.
