Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns and Exchanges for items purchased through Run the Alps must be handled directly with Run the Alps. They cannot be processed with Salomon or their affiliated partners. For warranties, please submit your claim directly to Salomon.

Returns: New, unused, unworn, product with tags attached and in re-sellable condition can be returned for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is not included. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges: New, unused, unworn, product with tags attached and in re-sellable condition can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a different size. Return shipping is not covered. No new shipping charges will be incurred. Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt of your item for the exchange to be shipped.
