We’re growing—and we’re looking for a reliable, energetic Driver/Installation Associate to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Driver/Installation Associate, you’ll be the face of our delivery and display team. This hands-on role is key to ensuring our plants arrive safely, displays are professionally installed, and our customers enjoy a top-tier experience. You’ll deliver joy (and greenery) across the DMV area while working closely with our dispatch and retail teams. 

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload plants and materials with care
• Verify delivery tickets to ensure accuracy before departing
• Maintain safe driving practices and secure plant placement
• Install and dismantle plant displays at client locations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and managers to prioritize routes
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
• Assist with in-store operations when not on delivery
• Monitor inventory and report discrepancies
• Support the team in reaching sales and service goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional driving experience
• Valid CDL (or clean driver’s license) and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating vans and box trucks safely
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or plant care is a plus
• Genuine interest in plants and basic plant care knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and remain active throughout the day
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
