  • In the Intro to Plumbing program, students will:

    • Become familiar with plumbing fittings, fixtures, equipment, systems, and material types.
    • Read and interpret basic plumbing-related blueprints and documents to help find and solve typical plumbing issues.
    • Explore the basic mechanics and theory behind plumbing systems and observe how plumbing systems go from concept to installation.
    • Learn about plumbing specialty systems and their applications.

     

    CLASS LOGISTICS

    SCHEDULE: June 3 - July 1, 2026 (Wednesdays)

    LOCATION: Virtual (via Zoom) + Field Trip to the Seattle Pipe Trades Education Center on June 24
     
    CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED. 
     
    Applications are due Sunday, May 17.

     

    Important Note: The MCAWW Board of Education will review all submissions and select participants at the close of the registration period. You are not registered until you receive a notification from MCAWW of your acceptance into the program.

    If accepted, your firm will be invoiced for the tuition cost of $250 (Contractor Members).
