My coaching is supportive, individualized, and designed to help you build sustainable health habits that truly fit your life.
Many women come into this process feeling like they’ve “tried everything” — cutting carbs, tracking apps, joining challenges — yet nothing seems to last. Add in the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause, and it can feel like your body just isn’t responding the way she used to.
Coaching with me is different. We simplify the process, focus on small, doable steps, and build a plan that supports this season of your life — not one that asks for perfection or restriction.
This application gives me a chance to learn more about you, your goals, and your current challenges so we can determine whether we’d be a good fit to work together.
