Load In & Event Times:

Load In: Friday, January 12, 2024 - 12-8pm.

You can drive your rig onto the show room floor to unload.

Event Time: Saturday, January 13, 2024 - 10am-8pm

Break Down: Saturday, January 13, 2024 - 8pm-11:59pm

Booths will be labeled by business name and partitioned by pipe and drape set up.

Tables & Chairs can be rented at EXTRA COST. If you require Electricity for your booth, please select that after choosing booth size. booth rental is non-refundable.

Over Night Trailer Parking is FREE in the Coliseum parking lot. Dry RV Setup is FREE in the Coliseum parking lot. Vehicle parking requires parking pass, available below.

Vendor booths come with 2 worker wrist bands and 1 parking pass. Additional worker wrist bands and parking passes are available below.

Last year we had 150 show bikes, over 70 vendor booths and 2500 attendees. We expect this year to be bigger and better!
