Stunning fall foliage and cooler temperatures create the perfect atmosphere for this first annual, family friendly downtown Bloomsburg event. Our competitive chili cookoff is at the center of the action but the Scarecrow contest is sure to draw a crowd as folks vote for their favorites.

Contest rules:

All scarecrows should be free standing on a base
Scarecrows should be between 3 feet and 6 feet tall
Scarecrows should have a face that is plain or smiling

Ribbon for 1st through 3rd place winners and a picture on the DBI website and FB page.
