The Last 10%: Managing the End from the Beginning Application

In the Last 10% program, students will:
- Gain a basic understanding of the other trades (Controls, Electrical Start-Up, TAB, and Cx) and their challenges.
- Learn how to coordinate with other subs to avoid schedule impacts and provide a smoother process during the Last 10% of construction.
- Understand key items that need to be prepared for each trade to begin their closeout process.
- Hear about common pitfalls and how to avoid them.
CLASS LOGISTICS

DATES: September 23 - December 9 (Tuesdays)

TIME: 8:30am-10:00am

LOCATION: Virtual (via Zoom)

CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED.

Applications are due Sunday, September 7

Important Note: The MCAWW Board of Education will review all submissions and select participants at the close of the registration period. You are not registered until you receive a notification from MCAWW of your acceptance into the program.

If accepted, your firm will be invoiced for the tuition cost of $425 (Contractor Members).
