  • Payment can be made electronically or via certified check or money order payable to:  Calvary Baptist Church.  Please add "FFD2025" to the memo line. 

    *No personal checks will be accepted.  A copy of your State Tax ID# certificate can also be uploaded below or mailed to:

    You must provide your own tents, table and chairs.

    *There will be no payments taken on day of event.  All applications and payments must be received prior to deadline date to participate.

  • Non Food Vendor Fees

     Merchandise Vendor  - $75.00

    Non Profit Vendor  - $25.00 

    All of the proceeds from vender spaces will go towards our College Scholarship Fund

    (Vendor fee is Non-Refundable unless event is cancelled due to weather)

    Upon form submission, you will receive the CashApp "$Cashtag" and link to access PayPal on the CBC Giving Page for payment.

  • I, {contactName} hereby remit $75.00 (merchant) or $25 (non-profit) for rental space at Family Fun Day 2025.  Upon signing, I agree that Calvary Baptist Church is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen property.  I have read and agree to comply with the rules set forth herein and as prescribed by the Calvary Family and Friends Reunion Committee and all relevant authorities.

      

  • VENDOR RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

    1. NO ILLEGAL AND COUNTERFEIT ITEMS ARE TO BE SOLD AT THE EVENT.  The Calvary Family and Friends Reunion Committee reserves the right to eject any vendor who does not adhere to the guidelines.
    2. No amplified sound is permitted.
    3. Feel free to invite your family and friends to this free community event.
    4. Vendors can begin to arrive at Caldwell Park, 1 Clyde Potts Dr., Morristown, NJ for setting up as early as 8:30 am
    5. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs.
    6. No vendors will be allowed to pack-up their booths prior to 6:00pm. This is for public saftey and no exceptions can be made.
    7. Neither the Calvary Baptist Church nor the Calvary Family and Friends Reunion Committee shall be held liable for any damages arising from negligent acts of any vendors or their agents or representatives.  Vendors shall conduct their business in conformity with the safety rules and regulations of all relevant authorities.
    8. Neither the Calvary Baptist Church nor the Calvary Family and Friends Reunion Committee is responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen property.
