we do from time to time adopt pets that are to young for spay and neuter. We give the adopter the option to either bring the pet back and pay the full adoption fee or have spay or neuter done at their vet. Pets must be 6 mo or older for spay or neuter.

All of our adopters are required to follow the 333 pet adjustment guide. This means giving the pet 3 days to adjust. 3 weeks to settle in. 3 months to develop trust and bond. Are you familiar with this?

From Time to time we have adult pets that are on a waiting list for spay and neutering. This takes time but we still give the adopter the chance to adopt the pet and have spay or neuter done. do you have any questions regarding this?

Our adoption fees vary. And all adoptions are a mandatory Spay and Neuter. We will check in to make sure the pet has been spayed or neutered. How do you feel about this?

Our adoption fees. ============ For a fully vetted pet the adoption fee is $650. It is the same if the pet needs to come back to us for spay or neuter. The average adoption fee is $250. to 350. ============ There is also a $36.40. appointment fee that helps us with gas to meet. The$36.40 fee does not come off of the adoption fee. ============ READ THIS CAREFULLY ((When we get in smaller more high demand pets they are considered a legacy pet and their adoption fees can be more as they are more demanding and those pets help the rescue with funding.)) ============((What we consider a legacy pet. 1.Small 2 to 15lbs pets 2. Chihuahua, Yourki, Poodle, Maltese, Corgie, Dutchhound these can be mix breeds.))
