New Client Booking Fee
All new clients will be required to pay a $50 booking fee to reserve your hair appointment. Once you have submitted this form I will reach out to you via email/text and send you an invoice to pay the booking fee. This invoice must be paid within 24 hours to guarantee your appointment NO EXCEPTIONS!
My booking system will not approve your appointment until the invoice is paid. If not paid within that 24hrs your appointment spot could be offered to bother client via my booking software.
Once paid you will either be able to book your hair appointments yourself using my link or I will already have put you in my system and you should receive a confirmation email/text that you are all set to go.
The booking fee is non refundable and non transferable. You will be allowed 1 rescheduled within a week of the original appointment date. The booking fee will be applied to your final hair service bill.
Payment Options
AfterPay is an option for services above $300.
No interest and can break them up into 4+ payments. Client must already be approved for AfterPay in order to qualify. In some casses the payment will need to be paid before services begin in order for no issues later on at check out.
Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask for 48 hours notice but anything less than 48 hours notice:
*First Time: True Emergency & by my choice to decide if it is a legitimate reason....FREEBIE
*If I choose that the reason is not valid or legitimate there will be a 50% late cancellation fee that will need to be paid before any future appointments.
*Second Time: 100% Rebooking Fee of that missed service NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Clients must pay for any fees before any new appointments will be accepted.
NO SHOWS:
*Clients who NO SHOW with no communication will be required to pay a rebooking fee of 100% of that missed service before any future appointments will be made. An Invoice will be sent to you via email. (Please just send me a text if you’re not able to make it to your appointment. I understand things happen and I am very happy to work with clients if they communicate with me)
LATE CLIENTS:
*Clients who are late will possible need to reschedule or forgo some services. If we have to reschedule because you are late and it will run into my next client there will be a 100% late cancellation fee that will need to be paid before we reschedule that appointment. (Please text me ahead of time if you’re going to be late.)
Redo/Refund Policy
I understand that I have 48 hours to contact Michelle Golden Hairstylist if I am unhappy with any services rendered. If I leave saying I am happy and get home and my husband/boyfriend/girlfriend/parents/friends or any one else says they don't like my hair and it makes me change my mind that there will be additional charges as this is not a valid reason for any redos that are complementary.
I understand that if I as the client seek or choose a different hairstylist after being to Michelle Golden Hairstylist that it voids all redo/refund policies and I understand I will not be given any refunds for services rendered.
A refund will only be given if Michelle Golden hairstylist and I as the client can not agree to a redo appointment and I will agree to a part ways respectfully and on good terms if Michelle Golden Hairstylist agrees to refund services. The refund could be a partial refund which will include products used per Michelle Golden Hairstylist Policies.
Once a refund is issued I agree to not leave any negative reviews or slander Michelle Golden Hairstylist per our agreement to part ways. If I do as the client Michelle Golden Hairstylist can seek legal action against me and I could possibly pay damages for deformation of her business. Which could include but not limited to cost of products, cost of services, cost of loss of business, loss of wages, attorney fees, etc...
Credit Card Disputes:
If a client disputes any charges after service has been rendered all steps towards rectifying will be made. I will reach out to you to communicate and if no communication is heard from you with in 2 hours, I will take all necessary legal options to show proof that you did receive all services & products. If you have issues with your hair service you have 48 hours to contact me regarding any redo options.
Please remember I have a camera in my room that will prove that you did receive services & purchased products. If necessary I will take legal action such as small claims court and you will be required to pay for any court fees + any unpaid/canceled services because of the dispute. Any texts/dm's between us regarding your hair will be used to prove you did receive hair services.
Protect Your investment: Strict Policy
Clients who do not use salon professional products for at home care. All professional products will be purchased from me. If client does not purchased from me, I can not guarantee your longevity of your hair color service once you leave my studio.
