BY MAKING THIS ENQUIRY I AGREE THAT:

I am the minimum age stated for the piercing that I have requested, and can bring a parent/legal guardian to sign on behalf of me if I am under 16 - along with ID from BOTH the person receiving the piercing and the parent / guardian of.

I can provide valid photo ID to prove that I am 16+ (18+ for nipple piercings and microdermals).

I understand that this is an enquiry only and I will be contacted to discuss arranging my appointment.

I will inform my piercer if I cannot attend my appointment at the earliest opportunity - 24 hours minimum notice.

I will be required to fill out an additional consent form.

I understand I may not have the required anatomy to perform the piercing I have requested.

The piercer reserves the right to refuse any piercing with or without reason.

Booking Information

A 10 minute grace period is in place for all booked appointments. Please contact the piercer or studio if you think that you'll be any later to your appointment.
