保養內容:

CADEX輪組及座位(無內呔外呔除外) 將提供兩年產品保養、以及五年友善保養服務

本有限保養有效期為產品購買日期起計 2 年, 包括製造時所產生的缺陷（外觀表面除外)。從相同購買日期起計開始, 同時享有有限保養包括 5 年撞擊更換。

在兩年產品保養條款下, 保養產品之更換因應工廠存貨量及生產期而定, 一般情況下工廠會盡量提供相同之產品, 實質規格由工廠提供。若有關貨品已停產, 廠會提供等同級數之產品或以優惠價升級產品, 工廠將保留保修安排之最終決定權。

在五年友善保養條款下, 已撞擊導致損壞之產品, 必須退回CADEX特約經銷商, 並可以原購買產品價格之50%優惠折扣價購買同款之新產品。如產品已停產時, 也可以原購買產品價格之50%優惠折扣價選擇購買當年度相同或同等級之新產品。

兩年產品保養條件及限制:

1. 只限於第一手買家, 即是產品保養登記之使用人。
2. 必須是在香港及澳門CADEX 特約經銷商購買的行貨。
3. 請於購買後60天內進行網上登記保養服務。
4. 一經成功登記, 保養期限則會同時享有五年友善保養。
5. 保養計算日期以產品購買日期起計算。
6. 鎭洋兄弟單車公司保留不良產品鑑定的權利。
7. 鎭洋兄弟單車公司有權隨時修改或更改所有條款及細則而不作另行通知, 如有任何爭議, 本公司將保留最終決定權。

 

五年友善保養條件及限制:

1. 本方案僅提供已購買CADEX輪組、座位之顧客, 於產品購買日起5年內, 因撞車或撞擊導致產品損壞時, 可以原購買產品價格之50%優惠折扣價(依實際發票價格計算), 購買同款新產品之友善保養方案。(優惠折扣價只限輪組對輪組, 座位對座位)。
2. 當產品遭遇損壞, 您可以依此優惠方案購買新產品；但是必須將損壞之產品退回CADEX特約經銷商。如果原購買產品已停產時, 您可以選擇購買當年度相同或同等級之新產品, 並享有原購買產品價格之50%折扣(依實際發票價格計算)。 **舉例說明: 假設A先生原購買輪組價格為 HKD$25000元 (發票金額), 因損壞需另購新款輪組, 新輪組價格為HKD$30000元。可享原購買價格50%優惠折扣價 HKD$25000*50% =HKD$12500元, 消費者只需再支付HKD$17500。(HKD$30000-HKD$12500=HKD$17500)。
3. 使用此五年友善保養方案購買之新產品仍同樣享有兩年之新產品保養及五年友善保養方案, 消費者仍需進行網上登記保養服務才符合優惠。若以此方案購買之輪組再發生損壞, 消費者得以此方案購買新輪組, 依然享有購買價格50%優惠折扣價(依實際發票價格計算)依據此方案購買新產品之消費者需將原產品繳回至CADEX特約經銷商, 其原產品之所有權屬CADEX所有。其保養計算日期以新產品購買日期起計算。**舉例說明: A先生重新購買一組HKD$30000之輪組, 其享有之折扣金額為購買價格HKD$17500 * 50% = HKD$8750, 消費者需再支付HKD$21250元(HKD$30000-HKD$8750)
4. 此方案購買新產品之消費者需將原產品繳回CADEX 特約經銷商，其產品之所有權屬於CADEX所有。

以下各項均不屬保養範圍之內:

1. 非第一手買家。
2. 保養期逾期。
3. 不能提供輪組序號。
4. 因外力、人為損壞、不當的存放方式，及承受超過原設計值之力道或載重所造成之損傷。
5. 運送過程中直接或間接所造成的損壞。
6. 未按照用戶手冊使用而造成的任何損壞。
7. 消耗品如：鋼線、鋼線頭、外呔、呔貼、碟制皮、座墊皮及花鼓內鋼珠。
8. 使用非原廠建議的無內呔外呔及碟制皮而造成輪組不良。
9. 經由一些非CADEX 官方授權之零售商購買之產品。
10. 經由一些改裝及非CADEX 官方授權之零售商維修。
11. 正常磨損及漆面。
12. 碟制皮未定期清潔導致輪組不良。
13. 零件更換或轉換的人工服務費用。
14. 因保養而產生的附帶費用。

Warranty Content:

CADEX wheels and saddles (excluding inner tubes and ties) will provide 2-year limited warranty and 5-year crash replacement.

 

This Limited Warranty is applicable for 2-year from the date of purchase (DOP), covering manufacture defects excluding cosmetics. Starting from the same DOP,  the Limited Warranty includes a 5-year crash replacement.

 

Under a 2-year limited warranty conditions, the availability of replacement items and parts are subject to manufacturer stocking and production status. We will do our best to provide the same products as replacement. The manufacturer reserves the right to provide substitutes or upgrade offer in case of discontinuing or other reason that makes us unable to provide the same products. GIANT reserves the rights to warranty and modification of this warranty policy.

 

Under a 5-year crash replacement conditions, Owners are to return the crashed product to authorized CADEX dealer, and the 50% discount will be taken as 50% of the price the damaged product were purchased at. If the model to replace is no longer available, a similar Cadex product from the most recent line-up will be substituted. The 50% discount also will be taken as 50% of the price the damaged product were purchased at.

2-year limited warranty conditions and restrictions:

1. Limited to first-hand buyers, which should be the users under the product warranty registration.
2. It must be a licensed product purchased from authorized dealers in Hong Kong and Macau.
3. Please proceed the warranty registration within 60 days after purchase.
4. The warranty period will be automatically upgraded included to 5-year crash replacement after successful registration.
5. The warranty period is applicable from the date of purchase (DOP).
6. Chung Yung Cycle Co. reserves the right to defective product identification.
7. Chung Yung Cycle Co. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. For any dispute, the decision of the company is final.

5-year crash replacement conditions and restrictions:

1. This program is only available to customers who have purchased CADEX wheelsets and seats. Should the product be damaged due to a crash or impact within five years from the date of purchase, a 50% discount off the original purchase price can be offered (based on the actual invoice price) for purchasing a new product under the crash replacement program. (The discount only applies to wheelsets for wheelsets and saddles for saddles).
2. When the product is damaged, you can purchase a new product under this program; however, you must return the damaged product to a CADEX authorized dealer. If such purchased product is discontinued in the market, you can choose a new product of the same year or equivalent and enjoy a 50% discount off the original purchase price (based on the actual invoice price). **For example: Mr. A purchased a wheelset for HKD$25,000 (invoice amount), and requires a new wheelset due to damage. The price of the new wheelset is HKD$30,000, he thus enjoys a 50% discount off the original purchase price, which is HKD$25,000*50% = HKD$12,500. Mr. A has to pay an additional HKD$17,500. (HKD$30,000 - HKD$12,500 = HKD$17,500).
3. New products purchased under this 5-year crash replacement program still enjoy a 2-year limited warranty and a 5-year crash replacement program. Consumers are required to register the maintenance service online for the benefits. If damage occurs again to a wheelset purchased under this program, the consumer can purchase a new wheelset under this program and a 50% discount off the purchase price will still be offered(based on the actual invoice price). The originally purchased product must be returned to a CADEX authorized dealer, and the ownership of the such product belongs to CADEX. The warranty period starts from the purchase date of the new product. *For example, Mr. A purchases another HKD$30,000 wheelset, and the amount of discount he enjoys is HKD$17,500*50% = HKD$8,750, an additional HKD$21,250 (HKD$30,000 - HKD$8,750) is to be paid.
   4. Consumers who purchase new products under this program must return the originally purchased product to a CADEX authorized dealer, and the ownership of such product belongs to CADEX.

All of the following items does not covered by the warranty service:

1. Second hand owner.
2. Out of warranty.
3. Unable to provide wheel serial number.
4. Case caused by external force、artificial damage、improper storage way, and bearing force or load exceeding the original design value.
5. Damage caused directly or indirectly during transportation.
6. Any Damage caused by failing to follow the owner's manual.
7. Consumable items such as: steel spokes, nipple, ties, rim tape, brake pads, saddle leather and hub inner steel balls.
8. Defective wheelset caused by using tubeless tires and brake pads by the non-factory recommendations.
9. Products purchased through retailers not officially authorized by CADEX.
10. Modified and repairs by retailers not officially authorized by CADEX.
11. Normal wear and finish.
12. Irregular cleaning of the brake pads results in inadequate wheel performance.
13. Labour charges for part replacement or changeover.
14. Incidental costs from the warranty service.
