Cat client owners are required to stay for the grooming appointment. The average appointment lasts 30mins. Please be aware, owners will be required to help in handling their cat whilst it is being groomed. This may include restaining or holding to provide access to matted areas.

All appointments require a £20 deposit to secure your slot. The deposit is nonrefundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24hrs of the service. Transfer details will sent once an appointment date and time is agreed.
