Payment and Agreement

We require a non-refundable deposit of £500 per person to secure your place/s (20% of tour cost for Egypt Eclipse tour 2027). You will be sent a proforma invoice within 48 hours of submission of this form, with either our bank details or a secure payment link. If you have been holding a provisional space with us, once we have received your booking form your places will continue to be held while you arrange payment.

Bank Transfers and Debit cards can be used for both deposits and balances. Please note that we can only take credit card payments for deposits, not instalments or balances. An exception is made for corporate cards and non-UK credit cards, which we can accept without limit. 3% surcharge applies for non-UK cards. Sorry, no AMEX.
