  • Which methods of payment are accepted?
Payment methods accepted are Cash, Check, or Credit Card (listed in order of preference). Please note that all credit card transactions will have an additional surcharge of 3%. Tips, as always, are GREATLY appreciated.

  • Will I need a Touch-Up after my appointment?

Not all Fine Line Tattoos need touch ups but many need them to perfect the lines due to their minimal appearance. Keep in mind that Fine Line Tattoos are meant to heal LIGHT not BOLD, a touch up will only fix an inconsistent line, not boldness or darkness. If you're wanting a dark or bold tattoo then I am not the artist for you.

After your appointment Paige will instruct you on the timeline of when to send her a picture once healed and SHE will evaluate IF a touch up would be beneficial for you or not. She also provides all of her first touch- ups for free with no time line :) Second touch ups (if needed) or touch ups due to neglect will be subject to charge starting at $50

  • Deposit
Upon scheduling, a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required per tattoo appt scheduled. THIS IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE POLICY.

Paige works hard on getting the details for your appointment and tries to create an organized schedule for you and all of her clients, so that you can have the smoothest process possible upon arrival. When you book, YOU are making a commitment. Deposits help to compensate for some of Paige's time lost during the booking process, design process and to hold people accountable for their commitments made.

  • Cancelations & Rescheduling
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time it will result in a forfeited deposit and an additional charge of 75% of the quoted tattoo price. This is non-negotiable.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time it will result in a forfeited deposit and an additional charge of 50% of the quoted tattoo price.
    This is non-negotiable.

Should something come up and you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred ONE time for immediate reschedule IF done 48 hours prior to your appointment. This means when you message to reschedule, you will be required to select another appointment time during the current booking period (within 3 months).

Should you need to reschedule a second time, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Paige understands that things may come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please let her know rather than not showing up or not responding.
**All deposits are forfeited for late cancelations or no-shows and an additional $50 will be due in order to rebook**

  • No-shows & Running Late
No shows will be charged 100% of the quoted tattoo price.
    This is non-negotiable.
Paige has a zero-tolerance policy for no-shows. Should there be a second no-show or late cancel, you will no longer be able to book ANY future services with Paige.

Should you show up late to your appointment by 15 minutes or later, this will be considered a no-show. Paige's work day is scheduled back to back, and she will not be able to work on you if you are late.
**All deposits are forfeited for late cancelations or no-shows and an additional $50 will be due in order to rebook**

  • Sick/ Illness
If you are sick or showing any symptoms of being sick, please contact Paige as soon as you can to let her know that you will need to reschedule. Paige will honor your deposit as long as you let her know the night before (rather than the day of) and then she would be happy to reschedule you. This will count as your one-time deposit transfer for rescheduling.

  • Pregnancies
Paige's clientele is 99% female. This means that she deals with a lot of cancellations regarding unexpected pregnancies. She is always so happy to hear the news!! But, also sad to have to cancel your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable as we have no control over any unexpected circumstances including pregnancies. She works hard at working with you to get all the details for your appointment and try to create an organized schedule for you and her so this compensates for her time already spent with you.

If you are not comfortable or do not agree with this policy, she understands and prefers that you hold off on booking an appointment if you are actively trying to conceive!

After your pregnancy is over, Paige would be happy to rebook you with a new deposit required!

*Breastfeeding Clients are accepted as long as it is approved by your Dr. *

  • When will I see my design?
Paige works on designs in order of her schedule! She typically reaches out with questions and requesting inspo pics within 7 days of your scheduled appointment so that she can prepare for your sketch. She will then reach back out between then and 48 hours prior to your appt with design proofs so that there is ample time to make any small changes!

*Please do not rush Paige, she has many sketches to prepare every week during off hours and not many artists offer to show designs prior to appointments or make edits, so please be respectful of her time and effort*

When drawing your tattoo Paige asks for SPECIFIC details in order to deliver the tattoo of your vision- if you are not forthcoming with your vision and details she will not be able to execute that. Paige will edit your tattoo a maximum of 3 times- anything more may result in a rescheduled appointment or an additional charge as she can not spend extended periods of time on one project.

No changes can be made to the design 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, so when Paige is sending you your design proof make sure you are 100% in love with it! That being said NO changes will be able to be made the day of your appt

If you do not respond to Paiges messages of your design proof, you will forfeit your appointment. Paige makes sure she has plenty of time to draw everyone’s designs in order of appointment and does this at home after hours.. if you cannot respond she will not have enough time to make changes nor know if you plan on making your appointment.
