Here are some things you should know before filling out this form :
- You must be 18 years or older to be tattooed, ID will be required.
- I do not offer coverups.
- A sketch of your tattoo design will be shown the day prior to your appointment where we can make some adjustments if needed. You will then see the final design at your appointment.
- Please have a look at my Portfolio as I only take on tattoos in my style.
- Let's design an awesome piece of art together you can wear on your skin 😃
PRICING
- £600 (this is any large tattoo, Full forearm/ upper arm/ full calf/ thigh etc..)
- £400 (medium tattoo / hand sized
- £120 per hour (backpiece/legsleeve)
Exact quote can be given at the time of booking
BOOKING
- Please include a short description the tattoo and desired placement. If you have any reference photos please upload them to the box provided.
- Please select the day/days which suit you best.
- Please insure to include your Instagram handle and/or email address as these are my preferred method of communication regarding your appointment.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to book. This can be paid via paypal. Please note your appointment will not be reserved until your deposit is paid.
- The deposit will be deducted from the final total.
- Cancellations or resechudles within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposit.

Things to do prior to your appointment
- no alcohol atleast 24 hours before your tattoo
- moisture the area atleast a week prior to your tattoo
- try to get a good rest the night before
- have a good breakfast
- no numb cream as this can effect the skin and the healing process
