ABOUT US

The Italian Cultural Foundation at Casa Belvedere is a 501(c)(3) public charity founded in 2009 with PRESERVATION at the core of its mission: to preserve and educate the public on all things authentically Italian; and to preserve the foundation owned, 1908 Roebling-Stirn mansion, and educate on its significance in early 20th century American history. In 2010, the Roebling-Stirn mansion was designated a NYC Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

EVENT BACKGROUND

A FUN-FILLED EXTRAVAGANZA FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY!

The festivities take place on Casa Belvedere’s 2.5 acres campus with the Verrazzano Bridge and NYC Harbor as a backdrop.

VENDOR CONDITIONS

1. Indemnity

The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Italian Cultural Foundation at Casa Belvedere from all claims, actions, liabilities, cost & expenses caused by or arising from any act or omission of the undersigned or the undersigned’s agents, employees at Fall Festival & Italian Luxury Car Show.

2. Payments, Refunds & Rain Date

All payments are to be made in full and must accompany this application. Please make checks payable to: The Italian Cultural Foundation at Casa Belvedere no later than October 1, 2023. No refunds will be made after October 1, 2023 for any reason. If all 2023 Fall Festival & Italian Luxury Car Show days are rained out or officially canceled, vendors will receive a complimentary registration for the 2024 Fall Festival & Italian Luxury Car Show.

3. Spaces

Everyone will receive a 10 x 10 ft. space. Food vendors’ spaces will vary. All spaces must be rented for the length of the 2023 Fall Festival & Italian Luxury Car Show. One-day rentals are not permitted. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents and equipment. Electric hook-ups are available on a limited basis (charges may be applied for unusual use of electric).

4. Vehicles & Parking

Vehicles may not be used in the display (Food vendors may be exempt). Offsite parking will be available nearby on a first come, first serve basis.

5. Vendors

Vendors will be limited to one of each. (i.e. – one sausage and peppers; one zeppole; etc.) All vendors are responsible for collecting applicable sales tax, attaining required licenses and complying with the rules and regulations governing retail sales and The Italian Cultural Foundation at Casa Belvedere. Merchandise Vendors – Merchandise Vendors (commercial non-food & non-profit) may sell non-food items ONLY. Food Vendors – Food Vendors may sell food and beverages ONLY.

6. Exhibitors

Exhibitors may distribute promotional literature, solicit prospective customers or clients, and distribute free samples only at their table. Raffles or other fundraising activities for the benefit of organizations other than The Italian Cultural Foundation at Casa Belvedere are not permitted.

7. Litter

Vendors are responsible for keeping the area around their space tidy and free of litter. Trash bags will be provided for this purpose.
