    We are currently going through a period of rapid growth. I need a Customer Service Representative to work alongside me and my team to perform top-level customer support for our customers who are investing in high-quality custom-tailored clothing with our brand. 

    Be Customer Obsessed: This is an extremely people-centric role. You must love supporting our clients and ultimately creating pleasure and delight in their day. You would be a front-facing employee within the organization and your welcoming voice will greet our customers and help assist them with their wants/needs. 

    You will also be tasked to do basic VA work on top of phone support. There will be training on this.

  • Responsibilities:

    Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner, understanding their needs and providing prompt assistance.
    Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience.
    Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing accurate information about our products/services and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
    Maintain meticulous attention to detail when recording and updating customer information in our CRM system.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
     

    Job Requirements:

    Must be able to work full-time. 9-5PM EST


    At least three years of relevant experience as a Customer Support Representative.
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of active listening.


    Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, handling appointment setting or similar responsibilities.


    Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations, think on your feet, and provide timely solutions.


    Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a focus on delivering high-quality customer support.


    Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM software.
    Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
