    Performer Application

Application deadline is November 17, 2025

  • Thank you for your interest in performing at the 2026 Glendale Folk & Heritage Festival on February 28th and March 1st, at Sahuaro Ranch Park Historical Area. This year is our 36th annual festival and we are so thrilled that you are interested in celebrating with us!

In keeping with the vision of the event, the selection committee will prioritize acoustic music that celebrates the heritage of traditional, old time, bluegrass, cowboy, folk, storytelling, cowboy poetry, and songwriters.

The Committee will attempt to accommodate your request of day/time and indoor/outdoor stage; however, meeting the requests of all performers can be extremely difficult. Your flexibility is appreciated.

You will be provided up to 6 Direct Inputs (DI's) to plug your instruments at the approved amplified stages, however you will not be permitted to bring your own sound equipment. Amps, looping pedals, backing tracks, and drum kits will NOT be allowed for performances.

Performers whose applications are received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list. The performer schedule will be posted at https://www.glendaleaz.com/events by January 17th, 2026. Only the band member whose name is listed as the contact on the application will be communicated with directly. Submittal of materials DOES NOT guarantee selection as an event performer.

Please remember that this opportunity to perform is a voluntary performance, not a paid one. We very much appreciate everyone who so generously donates their time to be a part of this!

If you would like to volunteer as a stage host, emcee, or any other position the festival may need assistance with, please fill out our volunteer application! Visit glendaleaz.com/events and look for the Folk & Heritage Festival to access the quick application!
