Registration includes:
- Access to the sessions
- Welcome coffee, coffee breaks and buffet lunches as per the programme
- Post-event access to the conference materials
Registration does not include:
- Travel and accommodation; all participants are requested to make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. A list of hotels with discounted prices are available on the conference website.
Fees:
- Fees depend on the organization profile and on the combination of events for which the participant registers.
- All prices are VAT excluded. The Belgian VAT of 21% will be added automatically in the invoice to the amount.
