Clean-up Checklist
• All moved furniture be put back in its original place
• Removal of all decorations, accessories, extra chairs, and tables
• All trash be picked up and thrown away
• If pool area requires additional cleaning or is not left in a condition suitable
for the next rental, payment may be required based on the fee of a cleaning
company.

Terms
1. Pool parties can only be scheduled if the homeowner’s dues are current.
2. There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk.
3. Must be 21 years of age to host a pool party.
4. All parties must be scheduled through Association Link. Requests must be
  made in writing through e-mail to hoa@associationlink.net
5. 48 hrs. notice is required for all requests.
  Requests are accepted Monday-Friday only.
6. Renter is responsible for the conduct and actions of the party guests. In
  case of rain, the party will be rescheduled between the member and the
  Community Manager.
7. Parties will be limited to a maximum of 3 hours.
8. A maximum of 2 tables can be reserved.
9. Party clean-up should take place at least 30 minutes before pool closing
  and all hosts and guests must leave pool area at closing.
10. Non-permanent removable adhesive must attach all decorations only. The
  use of nails, tacks, or pins is strictly prohibited.
11. A resident of the Chastain Place Community must reserve and be in
  attendance during the entire event.
12. All pool rules apply and will be followed. If the rules are not followed, the
  resident’s pool key may be de-activated, and any consequential costs billed
  to the resident that reserved the event.
13. Grill area is available outside the pool gate for residents, but the grills are
  in poor condition and will eventually be removed.
I have read and understand all the terms and requirements of this contract. I
agree not to hold liable the Chastain Place POA and/or its associates for any lost,
stolen, or damaged personal items. I agree to be held accountable for the
condition my event leaves the pool area in and agree to be held responsible for
seeing that all rules and regulations are followed by every person in association
with my event.
