4. The Leadership Institute is a collaborative, peer-supported learning environment, which is why each year's cohort often stays in contact after completion. Learning often happens in teams, especially with problem-based learning (PBL) cases, where each member is accountable to a small group. Scholars also give each other feedback about individual projects and goals.
