    Please thoroughly read our terms and conditions. We take great pride in providing the best care possible to your beloved pets and this document ensures you are aware of how our pet care business functions. 

    accomplice L.L.C. will be listed solely by its dba Camp Rockford throughout the below document.

    1. I (Owner) represent that I am the legal owner of the above-named dog(s) and I assume all risks, dangers, and responsibility for injuries to the named dog(s). Owner understands and agrees that Owner is solely responsible for any harm while Owner’s dog(s) is/are attending Daycare / Boarding with accomplice L.L.C. dba Camp Rockford.
    2. BUSINESS HOURS: You trust that Camp Rockford is caring for your pet 24 hours a day, each day, while in our care, and you acknowledge that we respond to your contact during business hours - 9 AM to 5 PM 7 days a week.  Please note:
      1. If your pet is in our care, Camp Rockford will be available to you for contact for drop-off/pick-ups starting at 7:30 AM and ending at 9 PM.
      2. All drop-offs and pick-ups are pre-scheduled times. We kindly ask that you do not drop off or pick up without prior arrangement. If you are running late or need to pick up items earlier than scheduled, please send us a courtesy text.
      3. Daily updates will be texted to you during standard business hours Monday through Friday and may be less on the weekends as Camp Rockford also needs downtime/time off.
      4. We often send updates at all hours because your pet(s) are cute, but it is at Camp Rockford’s discretion if contact will be responded to outside standard business hours unless in the case of an emergency.
      5. We will respond to all booking inquiries within 24 hours during standard business hours Monday through Friday.
    3. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE: We love to post pictures and videos on Facebook, our website, and/or in magazine ads. Owner agrees to allow Camp Rockford to use Owner’s pet’s name and any images or likeness of Owner’s pet taken while he/she is at Camp Rockford, in any form, for use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials without compensation, and Owner releases to accomplice all rights that Owner may possess or claim to such image, likeness, recording, etc
      1. We use Google Photos to create albums for your pet(s) and share all videos and pictures this way. We suggest that you download the app for ease to receive their cute content: https://photos.google.com/apps
    4. DOG’S HEALTH: Owner further understands and agrees that Owner’s dog(s) are healthy and will at all times while attending Camp Rockford have current vaccinations for rabies, distemper/lepto combo, and Bordetella. As well as a current negative fecal exam. Owner is not enrolling any dog that has any condition that could potentially jeopardize the health of other dogs or people and has not had any potentially communicable condition within 30 days prior to enrollment. Owner further understands that even if Owner(s) dog is vaccinated for Bordetella (Kennel Cough) there is a chance that the Owner’s dog can still contract Kennel Cough. Owner agrees that Owner will not hold Camp Rockford responsible if Owner’s dog(s) contracts Kennel Cough or other dog-dog transmitted ailments.
    5. FOOD/MEDS: when boarding overnight, Owner agrees that it is the Owner’s responsibility to leave an adequate supply of food and medications for Owner’s dog(s) during the entire time Owner’s dog is cared for by Camp Rockford. Medication must be brought in their original pill bottle with the name of medication listed, as well as prescribed dosage. Should the food/medication supply need replacement, Owner authorizes Camp Rockford to purchase a replacement and Owner will reimburse Camp Rockford for the actual food and medication costs and may incur an additional $15.00 time/distance trip fee (per occurrence).
    6. PAYMENTS are due and payable at the end of each visit; before you pick up your pet(s). Payment may be made in American currency, check or Zelle (we send the first payment request if paying digitally; we have weird issues with our email).  Additional fees 3.5% + 30¢ for all payments via credit card or Venmo. 
      1. HOLIDAY BOOKING POLICY:
        To secure your holiday pet care reservation, we are requiring a non-refundable deposit of 50%. This deposit is a necessary step to guarantee your spot and the dedicated care your pets deserve. We understand that plans may change, and while the deposit is non-refundable, it will be applied toward your total original reservation cost. Due to being a small-scale pet care provider our space is very limited and that means we are passing up all new reservations for the same dates, losing income would be devastating. We thank you for understanding.
    7. CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY: Boarding cancellations must be done at least one week prior to reservation date. If cancellation notice is less than 48 hours an amount for a two-night stay will be invoiced for reservations of 3 days or more; or the amount of a one-night stay for reservations less than 3 days. Day Camp cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance. 
      Failure to pay at cancellation will be added to next Day Camp or Boarding booking. Changes during a stay will be charged the complete amount of the original booking. 
    8. CLOSING TIMES:
      1. DAY CARE: Owner agrees that if Owner’s dog(s) is/are not picked up by closing time of 6:00 p.m. CST, then Owner hereby authorizes a $10 extended care fee or if after 9 PM overnight boarding appropriate for dog(s) and to pay Camp Rockford for applicable overnight boarding charge plus any charge for required food. 
      2. BOARDING: Owner agrees that if Owner’s dog(s) is/are not picked up by closing time of 9:00 p.m. CST if after 9 PM overnight boarding is appropriate for dog(s) and to pay Camp Rockford for applicable overnight boarding charge and pick up at the start of the next business day by 9 AM
      3. BOARDING LAST DAY FEE SCHEDULE:
        1. Care Ending by 9 AM = No Additional Charge
        2. Care Ending before 3 PM = Half Day Fee
        3. Care Ending after 3 PM = Full Day Fee
    9. FLEA/TICK FREE: All dogs must be flea/tick-free. Should a dog be observed to have fleas or ticks, a flea/tick bath treatment will be applied and charged to the owner at a rate of up to $80.00 depending on severity and size of dog.
    10. GROOMING expense to be paid if Owner’s dog(s) nails are too long and cause breaking of skin or deep scratches to staff, volunteers, and/or other dogs. Nail trim cost up to $15.00. In addition, if Owner’s dog(s) happens to soil their fur we will bathe them at Owner’s expense.
    11. ILLNESS/SENIOR/WEAKENED IMMUNE SYSTEM DOGS: Owner understands special-needs dogs, young puppies, and senior dogs naturally have a higher risk of injury, stress-related illnesses, weakened immune system, or exacerbation of any pre-existing condition. As such, by using our facility for daycare or boarding the Owner is waiving any claim for injury or illness experienced by Owner’s dog while in our care. Owners of elderly dogs (approaching the end of life) need to know if in the event Owner’s dog passes on while, becomes injured or sick while in our care, our policy is to transport Owner’s dog to Owner’s vet (within 15 miles) where he/she will be held until Owner can be reached by the Vet for further instructions. If Owner’s vet is closed or outside of our transport distance, then we will transport to nearest 24-hour facility.
      1. VET VISIT CHARGE will apply based on time/distance, at a minimum of $15 transportation fee, and could include $25 per hour spent at vet.
      2. CLEANING FEES: $25 per occurrence for incidents inside our home including but not limited to incontinence of urination or defecation, vomit, etc.
    12. PERSONAL PROPERTY: Owner understands that Owner is solely responsible for any harm, including to any other pet(s), to the employees or invitees of Camp Rockford, or to the equipment, facilities, or other property of Camp Rockford, caused by Owners dog(s). Owner also agrees that Camp Rockford shall not be responsible or liable for any lost or damaged personal property belonging either to Owner or Owner’s pet.
    13. RIGHT OF REFUSAL: Camp Rockford reserves the right to refuse admittance to any dog or dismiss any dog that does not meet or maintain the health, temperament or other daycare/boarding standards. The determination shall be made at the sole discretion of Camp Rockford.
    14. FULL FORCE AND EFFECT: Owner further understands and expressly agrees that each and every of the foregoing provisions contained in paragraphs 1-14 shall be in force and effect and shall apply to each and every occasion on which Owner’s dog(s) stays with Camp Rockford for daycare, extended boarding, or other services, as the case may be. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as between the parties until and unless otherwise cancelled or superseded by a writing signed by the parties. 
  • Owner hereby certifies that Owner has read and understands this Waiver and Release of Liability and the regulations set forth above. By signing this agreement, Owner agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions.
